Marty went the extra mile and then some with helping us sell our house in this crazy market. We had lots of things to do to get the house ready and he was very helpful with contractors, cleaners, workers, etc. and getting things going quickly. We had a fantastic experience purchasing our mid-town condo in Nashville with Marty Kerrigan as our Realtor. Coming from out of state, we had very little knowledge of the area. Marty patiently took us all over Nashville, showing us the different areas & neighborhoods. His insight & knowledge of the market greatly helped us to find the right fit for our needs. Marty was the best thing that happened to us in this whole process, he went above and beyond and we are so extremely grateful to him. He took us to walk through about 14 houses in one day and was even willing to stop at ones that weren't on the list to see if we could walk through. He helped us with the contract part and called the selling realtor to make sure we were able to get the house if we did it a specific way. He helped with the inspections, appraisal, and repairs. He helped with explaining the loan breakdown better than the loan officer! Overall we couldn't have asked for a better person, and we will be recommending him to all of our friends moving into the area.
